The answers you actually want to know.

How is Coach different from a gym program?
Every exercise is selected by a DPT based on your intake, video, and pain pattern. If an exercise flares you up, we swap it. A gym program assumes a healthy baseline. Coach does not.
Can I run this alongside my regular workouts?
Yes. We design Coach around your training schedule, not against it. Tell us what you are lifting or training for and we slot the rehab work into recovery days or warm ups.
What if I need hands on treatment?
We refer you to an in person provider in your area and continue Coach as the ongoing plan between visits. You end up with a better outcome than either alone.
What states do you cover?
Thirty five plus states at launch via the PT Compact and state licensure. The signup flow checks your state before taking payment. No charge if we cannot serve you.

Hands down the best therapy and experience you will find here in east Texas. Excellent client relationship and they made therapy fun actually. I am a client for life now and I entrust them even with my kids and family.

Logan and Tim are both very knowledgeable, and are attentive to your body's actual needs. They don't keep you there just for your money. They gave me the exercises I needed in two sessions, and let me go when they definitely could have kept charging me. They are very willing to help and diagnose you. Cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Tim Hu for PT. Having consulted with various chiropractors over several months for sciatic issues, I am pleased to report significant improvement under his guidance. Within five weeks of adhering to his structured approach, I experienced a considerable realignment and a 90% reduction in discomfort.
